Announcement

1. Kindly note that Mr Goh Thien Phong of GTP Advisory PAC and Mr Chan Kheng Tek of PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services Pte Ltd both of 7 Straits View, Marina One, East Tower Level 12, Singapore 018936 have been appointed as the interim judicial managers (“IJMs”) of the following companies pursuant to an Order of Court dated 28 January 2022 made by the High Court of the Republic of Singapore:

(a) Samtrade Custodian Limited (St Vincent and the Grenadines company);

(b) Samtrade Custodian Pte. Ltd. (Singapore company);

(c) S.A.M. Fintech Pte. Ltd. (Singapore company);

(d) Samtrade FX Ltd. (St Vincent and the Grenadines company);

(e) S.A.M. Marketing Private Limited (Singapore company); and

(f) S.A.M. Trade (V) Limited (Vanuatu company) (together, the “Companies”).

2. The affairs, business and property of the Companies will be managed by the IJMs during the interim judicial management period.

3. The IJMs will provide material updates with respect to the interim judicial management to the relevant stakeholders as and when possible.
